Build-A-Bear Workshop – Animal Crossing – Tom Nook (Summer) Plush

Unlike most Build-A-Bears,, Nook and Isabelle’s clothes are sewn to their bodies, discouraging changing their outfits (and requiring you to buy a whole other plush if you want their winter clothing variants). According to customer service inquiries around the time of their release, this was a brand requirement on Nintendo’s side and not a Build-A-Bear decision, which would make sense, as selling bear clothes is a big part of their business. However, if you do detach their clothes, or just put new clothes on top of their existing ones, they can fit into other Build-A-Bear outfits, such as the Super Mario series Build-A-Bear Luigi and Peach outfits shown here.
